My wife and I visit the store at Woodland Hills Mall just to check frames. We were welcome with a big smile from all the associates; they were so patient and treated us like people and not just like a insurance number. Frames variety is extensive, they have many well known brands and they're beautiful. We ended getting glasses for both of us. When it was time to pickup our glasses, the service was incredible, Stefan,assistance manager, was super professional, making sure our glasses were just perfect. Super kudos to Ian because he went far and beyond making sure we have what we needed. Twe were so impressed with the quality and service. We highly recommend this store!!❤️

My wife and I visited the Woodland Hills mall location and needed a new frame for our college student son’s glasses. Instead of selling us a new frame, the technician pleasantly repaired the old frame free of charge! This job took him 45 minutes to complete and again no charge to us. Excellent service and we will be back!!

Dr. Nick Martin performed a thorough exam. He was kind, professional, and friendly. He has been at this location for several years and knows how to work with people. Dr. Martin gave me some good advice concerning cataracts and overall eye health. I'm glad my husband and I found him!
