this" blond" store market manager ( saturday night) was very rude with us and didn't want to make any effort to speak english with us and was more focus counting the money in the cashier than give us 2 quotes for my wife and me!!!! your lost... i was coming years ago and stop going bc of the customer services... and apparently nothing change!!! Worst and unfortunately, they didn t have the same attitude with a latino couple.... very nice with them and took time..... definitely a shame this attitude...

Established client for years. My nose pad broke and I decided to come in as a walk in. At first store manager Lucila stated it could take up to the next day for repair. An employee by the name of Maria Elena overheard and offered to take care of me right away. She was able to fix my glasses within 5 minutes, contrary to what management told me. I was very appreciative to receive such care and kindness from the employee. If you go, look and ask for Maria Elena!
