Payton and Spencer were unbelievable professionals and accommodating for my frame selection’s, I would certainly recommend them. I plan to come back to lens crafters just to work with them again. They made it unbelievably easy and stress free to pick out frames. Payton was excellent at picking the right sizes for me! Spencer was beyond pleasant and knew his stuff !

Everything about the experience was great. Miles greeted us right a way and explained our options. Lots of help from Mariam in picking out the frames. My daughter is very picky. She was super patient. Spencer spent a lot of time making sure the frames fit just right. Excellent customer service. The glasses were ready in a record 4 days. Way faster than the two weeks they thought it would take originally!

Had a wonderful experience as always! Dr. Werling has been amazing and gives the best service. She is fun, thorough and takes time with teenagers(so invaluable). Miles went the extra mile for our family and explained everything thoroughly. Payton helped us pick out the perfect pair of glasses and gave great feedback every step of the way.
