We’re living in a an age where customer service isn’t genuinely expressed, it’s almost like it’s rare like an exotic ruby… So whenever authenticity presents itself to me, I acknowledge it! I called LensCrafters at this particular location around closing time, & I genuinely felt Tori positive energy through the phone, she wasn’t nothing short of amazing, she promptly assisted me & was very knowledgeable about the matter at hand!!
