Great facility and staff. Modern equipment. Listened to all my questions and gave good answers. Prices on frames are good. Lenses upgrades also decently priced. Thankfully I have insurance that pained most of costs. Love there warranty

LensCrafters at Mentor Mall was a very positive experience. Felicia helped me pick out frames and was so pleasant to work with. Kevin adjusted the stem perfectly and clearly understood where to correct the stem problem. He also helped me understand the different Transition lenses and yet did not try to talk me into anything. Great service at LensCrafters Mentor Mall location.

I went to LensCrafters to pick out a new pair of lenses. The lenses that I had…that I really loved, was not in stock anywhere and I’d been waiting for 3 weeks. When I got to the store Katie was there and she was a tremendous help to me. She was kind, knowledgeable and professional. She understood that I’d been waiting 3 weeks for my eyeglasses and thanked me for being patient. She even temporarily repaired the piece on my broken frames so that I’d have them til the new ones were ready. I really appreciated that!
