Kim and Michael were some of the most helpful people we have ever experienced at the Concord Mills LensCrafters. Michael stepped in to help my wife pick her sunglass frames while I was getting fitted for my glasses. Brave man. Kim shared her insights on how the prorgressive lens with sunglasses might fit better if primarily used for driving. I have to say WOW and KUDOS to both Kim and Michael, who knew getting glasses could be enjoyable.

I hadn’t gotten new glasses in a very long time. I got an eye exam next door and both of these places being together was extremely convenient for me. I got help from basically everyone in the store, a woman helped me pick out and look through new glasses while a man attempted to fit my lenses into a new frame. I then finished with Daniella and all three of these people are very personable and made me feel comfortable. And actually made it a pretty fun experience too! Was recommended to go here by my coworker and I will be sure to recommend this store to others because of my experience

My experience there was great! I was greeting upon coming into the store, they made sure I was finding everything ok. This was my first time coming to get glasses on my own as i am 23 and before then my mom would do everything. Kim was the lovely woman that helped me! She was very patient with starting my process and getting my profile ready. Thank you ladies you guys were awesome!
