The two gentlemen that helped me were extraordinary. Not only did they help me select an appropriate pair of glasses that was neither "too old" looking nor "trying to look young", if that makes sense. Then they also did a tremendous job of finding a hidden benefit in my insurance and saved me $50! I always have a good experience at this location, no matter who is working. Last year, a middle-aged woman helped me, and she was every bit as terrific!

Very pleasant experience. The gentleman with the London accent/ foreign accent helped me and was very pleasant. His coworkers were also very nice and helpful. This is definitely one of the best LensCrafters I've been to, and I've been to plenty. As the Terminator would say, "I'll be back" ;)

Great experience. Personably personalized customer service as it should be. I brought in six pairs of glasses that I mistreated - bent arms, twisted, bent hinges, and flattened. The employee took the time to fix each pair until perfect. Each pair required unique fixes. The employee was meticulous about her craft until each pair felt right. Unfortunately , we did not exchange names. She is a very poised professional stunning black woman with a great smile radiating confidence, capability, and professional friendliness.
