I'd been looking to have my prescription put into a snap in lens frame which is part of my sports (5 different lenses) eyewear. After hitting up and receiving No, sorry at my Optomitrists office, Costco and Walmart, I was directed to Lens Crafters by a Walmart (Meridian at 10 mile rd) optical employee. This was the best customer service experience in sometime. I was assisted by two super friendly employees that located my insurance plan and verified that the tech could in fact install lenses. Just 15 minutes and $45 later I was told they would be ready in 1 week. I picked them up today, a Sunday, after receiving a text Saturday afternoon, just 3 days later, I have my badly needed special lenses for Pickleball, let's go! Thank you Lens Crafters and especially the tech that surpassed my expectations and Yadiel and his co worker for such excellent service.

My young adult daughter went to this location last year, and the male optometrist made wildly sexist and highly inappropriate comments about women, and their value in society. I was pretty mortified, but wondered if he was perhaps just a complete idiot who had yet to meet a woman, not a girl. I now need glasses quite badly, and am practically looking forward to any anti feminine comments. I am stressed and it will be fun. For me. Ladies beware #janet

I love this place. Everyone is very knowledgeable. So far every time I get my glasses here they have been perfect. I've never had to return to have anything fixed or adjusted. Heather is amazing ! This year I had my eye exam there as well. I was very impressed! The doctor took his time and explained everything and he was very knowledgeable.
