Dr. Ward was great for my eye exam. It was virtual with the help of a technician and it was quick, smooth, and easy. Daniel was an amazing help with choosing a new pair of glasses and ordering contacts. The glasses were ready to be picked up within an hour. Great experience with everyone here!

They sound like,including Dr.Preston,hoping to be considered as the best optometry in the area.And there is nothing wrong about their hope.The question is - are they? I think some potential is there to become kind of such a place if they start investing into customer service training. A manager Theresa is an example of poor communication skills and wrong attitude.She talks in a rude manner. It is ridiculous for her role in this store. She may benefit from additional training ( if she had any in the past ) as well as her collegue Christi who consistently provides misleading information . If the company has no funds for staff training or lacks talented management to do so there is an option to consider: I suggest that Alonte,Keith and Dolly offer their friendly support to those team members mentioned above.

My husband and I both had appointments for an eye exam. We were very pleased with Dr. Paul Preston! He was very informative and a natural at his job! Also, couldn’t have been more pleased with Alonte’! His customer service was absolutely amazing! He connected with us and made everything go so smooth with the purchase of our new glasses. I am a repeat customer and have recommended others to go to this location. Dolly, the manager was exceptionally nice, also!
