Inform yourself about glasses and care instructions before you go because the staff won't tell you. They keep you in the dark and pressure the warranty plan. When I first picked out sunglasses and regular prescription glasses, the staff was nice but did nothing more than fit the glasses and check me out. I told them I just moved to colorado and I have autism so I need all the care instructions they can provide. I was only told wash them with a mild hand soap and they'll be good. 1 week later a pressure crack appeared on both sets. They sent them back to the factory and the glasses looked great. I didn't buy the warranty at this time because I've had glasses for over 25 years and this has never happened. 2 months later the pressure crack comes back in the exact same side as before. This time they contacted the manager and offered to let me buy the warranty as a favor to me. I would have to pay for the warranty and the repair deposit. I already paid over $200 for these 2 pair with insurance. Why would I pay another $150?! The employee this time berated me because I left my sunglasses in the hot car. The employees don't care here if you communicate you have a disability or ask for help. They want those extra sales. I'm going back to Zenni. This place is a scam.

Glasses buying normally stresses me out but I had an excellent time with Ian helping me. He is extremely courteous and even better, straight to the point and transparent when it came to costs and coverage.
It's been awhile since I felt confident about choosing glasses that I liked and felt comfortable with. 💖

Brought my glasses in to get the lenses updated to my new prescription. The lab broke my frames when they were taking the old lenses out. They did not have my frames so they offered a credit towards the new frames instead of just swapping like for like. The staff there were nice and simply complying with their corporate policy. I ended up wandering around the mall in prescription sunglasses as the whole thing took about 3 hours. Pretty frustrating and having to fork over an additional $17 for the new frames seemed unnecessary but otherwise I would not have anything other than sunglasses to allow me to see. I've been coming to this lenscrafters for a while now but with the recent issues with the glasses I get here it may be time to give Costco a chance.
