Heather was incredibly helpful. The only reason I purchased frames here is because of her help. Her customer service skills are top notch and I appreciated her sense of humor as I was going through this laborious task finding just the right frame. I did pick one of the frames she chose for me!!! I hope she gets a big commission for this. I have shopped here before with little to no help.
