I wanted to give a shout out about the great customer service I got at the Northridge store. Annie assisted me with my eyeglass selection helping me to find replacements for styles that I really liked and wanted to stick pretty close to. After that she helped me find my benefits which has actually change to another service provider. If I was made aware of that by my employer I didn't remember but Annie found my benefits. Then she went to work to optimize my benefits to minimize my cost for one pair of standard glasses and one pair of sunglasses. I couldn't be happier. I’m not sure of the name of guy who fixed my glasses but he was super friendly and made my experience great! The girl at the front desk was also very professional and very helpful when I came in. I will definitely come back and highly recommend anyone to come here!
