I have purchased a pair of glasses here in the past, a fact I did not share that when I went into the store. I had a pair of colorblind corrective lenses that needed a screw for the frames. Gary provided fantastic service by fixing the frame with a new screw at no charge, and all without knowing that I had been a previous customer. As far as he was concerned, he was just doing a good deed for a guy coming in. Fantastic work, and I’ll be coming back to get a new set of frames in the near future!

I had lost my glasses and needed to replace them. Gary was so helpful! The "stars aligned" and he was able to have them ready for me in under an hour!!!

Great customer service. Polite, courteous and timely assistance. Gary at Mentor Lenscrafters store was so helpful. He identified my insurance coverage quickly and effectively. So much so that I placed my order, was informed of everything I needed to know, was helpful in making the best decision on my purchase. I placed my order yesterday received my glasses this afternoon and ordered my sunglasses today with him. I can’t wait for those to come in and I know it will be only a brief wait.
