Great customer service. Polite, courteous and timely assistance. Gary at Mentor Lenscrafters store was so helpful. He identified my insurance coverage quickly and effectively. So much so that I placed my order, was informed of everything I needed to know, was helpful in making the best decision on my purchase. I placed my order yesterday received my glasses this afternoon and ordered my sunglasses today with him. I can’t wait for those to come in and I know it will be only a brief wait. I had lost my glasses and needed to replace them. Gary was so helpful! The "stars aligned" and he was able to have them ready for me in under an hour!!!

I have purchased a pair of glasses here in the past, a fact I did not share that when I went into the store. I had a pair of colorblind corrective lenses that needed a screw for the frames. Gary provided fantastic service by fixing the frame with a new screw at no charge, and all without knowing that I had been a previous customer. As far as he was concerned, he was just doing a good deed for a guy coming in. Fantastic work, and I’ll be coming back to get a new set of frames in the near future!
