Pleasantly surprised! Wasn’t expecting the new vibe and exceptional customer service. It felt like checking into a swanky boutique hotel.

Everyone was fabulous. The technician was thorough in explaining each step; the doctor was very detailed in discussing my exam and my options. The two women up front helped me pick out an amazing pair of frames I would have never thought to try on my own. Great place and I will definitely be back!

I would have given 5 stars. I didn't because too many text messages. I had to call for my glasses. I was told my glasses would be ready on 9.15.23, I called on 9.20.23 to check and was told yes, your glasses are ready. Finally, the hold time was unacceptable. ** The staff was amazing, the Dr awesome ** My overall experience was 4stars. It's the little things that need improvement.
