I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gabby and Joey at LensCrafters in West Covina Mall and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! From the moment I arrived for my eye exam, Gabby made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Joey was equally as fantastic when it came to helping me pick out my lenses. He was patient, informative and really took the time to understand my needs and preferences. I felt like I was in great hands throughout the entire process, and I couldn't be happier with the end result.
