My husband and I went to LensCrafters to get him a pair of replacement frames. Hope, the manager was absolutely Amazing!! She was patient, knowledgeable and really listened to my husbands concerns. She ended up convincing me to get a pair of Prada frames for myself!! I’ve shopped at Americas Best previously and the quality and customer service does not compare to Lens Crafters. We will be back to purchase additional frames with Hope very soon. I work in retail and truly appreciate personalized connections and amazing customer service. Thank-you Hope my husband is in love with his new Ray bans!!!

It was my first time at this Lens Crafters location and I had an amazing experience. I have to give credit to Z who provided me with the best customer service! I appreciated that he greeted me right away but still gave me time to browse on my own without being too invasive. I showed him a style of glasses I liked and he selected a few pairs. I ended up choosing a pair of glasses he suggested! He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the process very seamless. I got a pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses. I left feeling excited to come back to pick up my glasses whenever they are ready. 10/10 recommend! Thanks Z for going above and beyond and exceeding my expectations!
