I had very good experience and Matt was very helpful in explaining patiently all my questions, I love LensCrafters at Macy’s.

Ordered my son's glasses nearly a month ago. We called and called and when we finally got in touch with someone they said they had to send the glasses back. Went in today since no one wanted to answer the phone. Our home is nearly an hour away. The lady said we have his glasses here. They had the frames and the lenses were completely removed. I don't understand why NO ONE is notifying us. The lady said call the store Manager Matt Smith and gave us his card. It's the same number that rings to the store where NO ONE ANSWERS. We paid nearly a thousand dollars for these glasses and this place is a JOKE! I'm calling corporate in the morning.

Lens Crafters at Macy's was awesome service. Matt took care my eye vision needs like a true professional. I highly recommend.
