It was my first time here and I called ahead of time to get some directions. Gabriela answered my call and was so incredibly genuine, friendly and helpful. Once I arrived, I was greeted immediately. Even though it was a busy time, I did not have to wait. Gabriela and Wendy both made me and my family feel welcomed. I enjoyed browsing the frames because everything was clean and organized. I was given all information up front so there were no surprises. Thank you so much Gabby and Wendy!!

I love coming to this Lens Crafters inside of Macy's for my eye exams, eyeglasses, contact lenses and sunglasses. Dr. Hii is very kind and the staff (Wendy and Maggie) is wonderful. I really appreciate how professional and helpful everyone at this location has been.
