these two woman are PHENOMENAL!! not only did these woman greet us with smiles but they have done so much for us! my SO and i ended up purchasing eyeglasses and sunglasses. they recommended the macys card to us and helped save us hundreds after insurance. we did decide to do the protection plan and my sunglasses unfortunately have already been scratched. i called to confirm i had the protection on my sunglasses as well as my eye glasses and they confirmed i did. due to small amount of time i’ve had them they ordered me a replacement and waived the fee from the protection plan. this obviously cannot be guaranteed for any of you but my point in sharing is that they really do so much to accommodate their customers. i really recommend this specific location to anyone who is in need of an eye exam, is due for new glasses, or wants to get sunglasses as well!! thank you so much ladies, we appreciate you and your level of customer service. i’m not getting compensated for this review in any way. just want to share our good experience!
