Absolute waste of time, ordered prescription lenses for my Ray-Ban, and these guys are taking more than a month. Not sure how ancient their system is, something which jins can do in minutes requires them a month. Update: even after 2 months this is the best they can give, my earlier frame and 2 unfitting lenses. I hope LensCrafters take an action against this particular store for ruining the brand. Final Update: Finally I did get my glasses, but the width of the lens was double the size of my frame. Not sure how could someone cut the lens so terribly, it's like the company does not have any interest in running the business. For sure, I will never step back into their store ever.

the service they provide here is amazing! no matter when you bought the glasses, folks are always happy to help. they adjusted legs of my glasses so it won’t slide. It saved my day!

LensCrafters is a great place to visit for new pair of glasses. We were greeted and shown many glasses by the employees and they were very helpful to us. Errol was the person who went out of his way to show great customer service and we were very delighted with his presence. Would HIGHLY recommend! Thank you!
