Had a wonderful experience at the Plaza Bonita location. Ashlin was very professional and paid close attention to what I was looking for. He was very patient as I tried to figure out how to use the Klarna option (which was awesome!). Amazing customer service with not just me, but all of the customers I witnessed him interact with. Ashlin is super knowledgeable about the available products! The amazing customer service made the overall cost not hurt as much lol.

Christine and Ashlin were super helpful and kind with adjusting the nose pads and temples for my sister’s glasses. They were wonderful company to chat with while they made sure the glasses were precise enough to fit nicely. It was a great experience!
