Really terrific service, I had an amazing experience with Sarai. She is very helpful and very understanding with her clients. She helped me find the perfect size for my sunglasses and reading glasses. She is very quick as well. Thank you I will definitely be coming back and asking for you! 😁😁😁 …

Ordered lenses over a week ago and was told they would be in 2-3 business days. No calls so I checked Thurs, and was told they should be arriving by end of week. Nothing. Just called and was told, oh it says pending, they may be back ordered. No offer to confirm, so had to ask to please check, so I can look elsewhere if they’re not available. Terrible customer service. My first experience with them and probably the last.

My recent visit to LensCrafters inside Macy's in Manhattan Beach left me extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. Despite having an appointment scheduled for noon, I arrived 15 minutes early as a courtesy, only to find myself waiting for a staggering 45 minutes before ultimately leaving. The lack of punctuality and organization was apparent from the moment I stepped into the store. Despite my early arrival, there seemed to be a lack of attention to the scheduled appointments. The staff appeared overwhelmed and disorganized, making it difficult to ascertain when I would be seen. As time ticked away without any explanation or updates, my frustration grew. It is understandable that delays can occur in any business, but the lack of communication or acknowledgement of the delay only exacerbated the situation. A simple apology or explanation for the delay could have gone a long way in improving the overall experience. Ultimately, after waiting for an excessive amount of time, I made the decision to leave LensCrafters. The lack of consideration for customers' time and the disorganized nature of the staff left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I hope that LensCrafters in Macy's Manhattan Beach takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve their service. Punctuality, better organization, and clear communication with customers are crucial aspects of any successful business, and it is unfortunate that these were lacking during my visit. In conclusion, based on my experience, I cannot recommend LensCrafters at Macy's Manhattan Beach due to the poor service and unprofessionalism exhibited during my visit.
