My wife & I needed new glasses and frames. We’ve been to this LensCrafters before, we were both happy with what resulted then, so we went back again. And we’re still happy. We were helped by a bunch of staff, including Erika (who I believe is the manager of this location), and they all took care of our needs, our problems, our questions. They were all very busy (hey, you can’t get upset if there are other customers ahead of you), but we certainly weren’t ignored. Erika, in particular, spent a good deal of time and effort with us. But they were all helpful, pleasant, and above all, professional. As a customer, you will never go wrong when the staff has those 3 traits. Thanks to you all for making us feel like part of the family.

Customer service was so great, they solved my issues in less than 10 minutes. I was literally having a mini heart attack and she saved my life. Ask for Margaret , super friendly and engaging.

I wrote a review on yelp over 4 years ago and had an amazing experience at this location. Now 2023 and the staff has kept that same great service and great energy. Big shout out to Margaret and Latiek for offering exceptional customer service and squeezing me in for an appointment to get my contacts in the nick of time for my bday trip. You guys are great!!
