I had a wonderful experience here at the LensCrafters at Macy’s! Hasija is so sweet and helpful, she set me up with an appointment the same day and was able to help me find the perfect glasses. I’m so glad I came in, I highly recommended stopping by. All of their team is so kind and very knowledgeable about what they do.

The greatest team ever! The salespeople are awesome! Superior customer service, attention to the detail and very fun people! The most professional doctor explains everything and the visit goes so smoothly! I’ll be coming back! Outstanding experience! Thank you!

Got the best deal with Ron and Susan!!! Northridge mall, you can use your Macys card. I love the service, they were so sweet. I brought in my other 2 daily pairs and Ron is amazing with the repairs!! He fixed my rimless.
So thankful I came in.
