Explained I'm a senior and can't skip between pages so can't do it myself and she offered to place the order for me. As it turns out my frame is not available so I'll look for another frame. Nyah was a delight to work with this morning. She was very professional and pleasant in handling my problem. Everything was resolved promptly and I had already received my confirmation emails before ending the call. I can’t begin to tell you how refreshing it was to work with a competent employee that made it seem effortless to resolve my issue with an auto ship order.
