Dr. Lett is exceptionally knowledgeable; I came in originally with that corneal abrasion and he was wonderful. Now that that is cleared up and it was time to get my glasses he did eye exam on me and he is very thorough and experienced. I appreciate that a lot he’s, kind helpful and generous. I will continue to see him and recommend him for years to come… Thank you Dr. Lett. The office staff are also very kind very knowledgeable. That is very much appreciated as well. They also had to look up my insurance carrier. I didn’t know but they did. That’s like magic. Thank you office staff.

My husband saw Dr Lett after getting what we thought was an eye infection. Dr Let himself is a nice, pleasant person. I question his skills as a Dr tho. He prescribed antibiotics and eye drops. I questioned the fact my husband had been told he had macular degeneration. Dr Lett chuckled and said he doesn't have macular degeneration. He gave him a new prescription for glasses, which we just got the lenses and it was close to $500. When we went back to pick up the glasses my husband told them they weren't helpful. He was told it would take a bit to adjust to them. Come the second month, after 2 rounds of antibiotics and improper glasses, my husband was told he had. another type of infection which was a hard one to get rid of. He was also told his prescription had changed, in one month!! He ordered another pair of lenses, another almost $400 and repeated the antibiotics and eye drops. When we went to pick up the second pair, Dr Lett was not there and when my husband told the tech the glasses were worse than the 1st pair, she told him to wear them and if they didn't get better to call back. At one point when I spoke to Dr Lett on the phone regarding my husband's "infection " not improving, Dr Lett asked me what he wanted, more antibiotics and eye drops. Enough was enough. My husband has now been to an experienced eye specialist. He does not have an infection. He has a condition where his lower eyelids have dropped and the membrane is exposed to air, which dries them out. This requires surgery to correct. He DOES have macular degeneration, amd he DOES have cataracts. The one eye rhe macular degeneration is so bad that there is nothing they can do to correct the vision in that eye, except do cataract surgery. The other eye has macular degeneration also and he will be starting injections to try and stop the progress where his vision may be able to be corrected with glasses. Hence, go elsewhere to have your eyes examined. Had I not sought other help my husband could have lost his sight. Not to mention the almost $1000. that was paid for 2 pairs of useless lenses. Would be great to have that refunded for future treatments on my husband's eyes. I am well aware that cataracts are not macular degeneration. Another.must, always.check with a Dr of Medicine.to make sure their license is valid and has not been suspended. All of this information is public and a review is just one parties opinion of another's services.

Shouldn’t have to do eye glass exams every 6 months when Stanley optical and Walmart eye doctors are vaild every 12 months and also keeping the prices for 3rd party glasses High is pretty ridiculous. I won’t be coming back. The doctor is nice the front desk needs to do better at working with people needing their prescriptions and for the love of God please update the time frame to this day and age of 12 months because people have busy life’s.
