I have been here many times now, as I have corneal errosion in both of my eyes. Dr Schmidt is hands down the most compassionate, considerate doctor I have ever been to. Every time I go there I’m in extreme pain from unexpected corneal abrasions, he doesn’t downplay my pain and also actually talks to me about what I want to do when he presents me with options for treatment. I just had to go today for another corneal abrasion (I don’t even know how many times I’ve been here at this point) and told him I leave to go on vacation out of the country in 2 days. Dr. Schmidt and Dr. Levenson came up with a game plan to help heal my eye and make me still able to go on my trip, maintenance to keep my eye healthy while there, and even planned for after. I am very thankful for all of the help they’ve given me over the past year and could not give them higher praises.

After dealing with decreasing vision issues for yrs, Dr. Schmidt not only diagnosed a major issue affecting my visual field, but he was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Schmidt & the team of professionals (including office staff and nurse practitioners, etc) were sensitive to my needs, answered questions, and quick responders to accomplish the goal of finding out why my vision was decreasing.
