If I could rate less than this I would! Incredibly unprofessional! Changed our spring break plans because he insisted I needed to come back. After waiting for my appointment time for over 30 minutes he still was not there! He wasn’t in surgery. He didn’t have any emergency. He didn’t answer the two pages that his staff sent. Other patients in the office that he did this all the time! When I was seeing the first time he was incredibly rude to the staff! I was NOT impressed! I went because of a referral from our optometrist (who we LOVE). I will for SURE let him know if my experience and make sure he doesn’t send anybody else! Incredibly frustrating, incredibly unprofessional, incredibly rude to the staff!
