Oh my goodness! I have been to so many optometrists before, as I am legally blind in one of my eyes, I've had a lot of prescriptions and the whole gamut run on my eyes through the years. THIS PLACE IS DIFFERENT Y'ALL (IN A GOOD WAY)! Dr. Phillips listened to me, she was wonderful, enjoyable to speak with, and did a WONDERFUL job. I might go back for an eye appointment just to hang out with her. Seriously, a stellar human being who heard me and helped me! I didn't feel like a number or like I was being rushed through. It was great. Also, they have this machine that takes a photo of the back of your eye so that you DON'T have to get your eyes dilated and look like a mess for the rest of your day! They said "It's not covered by insurance and is $39" and that was the quickest $39 ever spent, and it was great! And on top of it all, I got to see what the back of my eye looks like. I could not recommend this place more!

Dr. Phillips is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and very professional. All of my questions were answered and I wasn’t rushed. I wish I remembered the name of the young lady who helped me pick out new glasses. She was very professional and very easy to work with.

When I set the appointment as a new patient, I told them I was coming before work and needed to leave at 9:45 at the latest. I was running behind and showed up 5 minutes late for my appointment. I looked at my phone time as I walked in the door. I apologized for being late, and was told they could still get me in. I waited over 30 minutes and went up to the desk and was told they were then ready to get me in. I went into the room and asked how long the exam would take and was told 1/2 hour for the first one. I said I didn’t have time because I had to be at work at 10 and that I would need to reschedule, so I went to the desk and the earliest I could get in was on 12/20. I said that that was too late and I would get another Dr. The receptionist told me they set back to back appointments. Wow! I am just a number! Cha Ching $$! I had such a bad first impression and experience I had to share! No thanks!
