My Salem OD recommended I see if Lifetime could repair them and bless her heart, Renee had the lenses replaced and the frame straightened while I waited. The charge was minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Derry Sandburg and optician Nichole at Lifetime Vision Care. I have worn glasses my entire life and no one has ever taken the time, patience and caring that Dr. Sandburg did to really understand my issues and concerns!!! She was amazing and I felt truly "heard" for the first time! Awesome experience. Then I met with Nicole...I CAN SEE! She took the time to get it right and was able to expertly measure my eyes to accommodate progressive lenses. I have struggle with this issue for the last 5 years. I am so grateful to Lifetime Vision Care!
