Called on 2/20 to ask for an appointment. Very cold and robotic receptionist answered. My insurance company referred me to this office. I was told that I would get a call back . Did not hear back. Called back today... Same receptionist cold and rude said they didn't take my insurance. Would have nice to have had the promised call back. Glad I didn't go there . Ultimately poor service if they are treating people this way over the phone.

Not sure what happened to the previous review but I & my wife had great experience in their services, very professional, friendly & courteous. We had some work accident and it damaged the original glass pouch. We came to the office again to ask for help & they gave us brand new cases including additional cleaning spray bottles. Just awesome. Cheers!
