My appt. Was at 9am I was there at 8:20 am I did not see the Dr. Until 10:30 am why does it take this long just for a 6 month follow up?

We both are very happy with our Dr. She is friendly yet professional. She assures you about the treatment she will be doing. Such a blessing.

This Sharp facility is new to me as is Dr. Ameni Glaucoma Specialist, however. I am more than satisfied at the compassionate, professional and understanding treatment I am receiving. I would not hesitate to refer others here.

Very professional and qualified tech and Dr. Amini was great except she doesn't do multi focal lens implants, only mono focal. So my appointment was really a waste of time except to be referred to a doctor who does do multi focal lens implants.

My appointment was 10am but didn’t get called back till about 10:45 . During my visit I did mention some concerns for this appointment. I expressed some concerns with my vision so Dr. Amini did her exam and said I have 20 20 vision. Ok so why is my vision blurry and I also am experiencing headaches and tenderness to my right eye. So I proceeded to ask just for 2 extra days to adjust for driving in the dark then she stated that there was no medical reason for any extension and how dare I even ask in front of her staff. She degraded my whole person I’m totally upset with her customer service skills.

I been seeing this doctor for a while and yet I still can’t connect. Today I waited over an hour and yet when I asked how much longer they couldn’t tell me so I was not seen. I feel that the staff should have told me she was running behind. No one acknowledged me until I said something.

The surgical center handled everything on time, competently, and compassionately. Dr. Amini explained everything about the procedure clearly. All was completed punctually, and follow up was equally professional, competent, and caring.
