I've seen Dr. Nutt for several years and have been very happy with her and the staff in the practice. They are all very professional, personable and helpful.

I have been coming to this doctor’s office since I was a kid, I am 24 now, and I always feel like a bother when I visit or call which is why I hardly ever bother with interacting with this office. I usually try not to take it personally by chalking it up to it just being a job and of course no one is really thrilled to be at work but I don’t think today’s interaction could be excused by this. I just called to ask about my contact prescription, explained why I need it, and the woman who answered to “help” me was condescendingly rude the whole time as if I had just berated her. I’m not sure what was heard between the lines of “I need a copy of my prescription” and “The place I’m ordering from didn’t ask for that information?” but surely it wasn’t a signal to be rude. If you know information that someone clearly is not familiar with, maybe share it with them kindly. Especially when you are working for someone else and a bit of their reputation. It’s no wonder I haven’t visited in 3 years when met with customer service like that.
