I visited Visual Effects in Brea on a late Friday appointment after a VERY rough week at work. I was not in the best of moods. But, the genuine friendliness and competency of Dr. Nguyen and the assistants (I'm sorry I forgot their names) completely turned my day around!
Every step of the exam was explained to me and all of my questions were answered. In addition, I got plenty of information so that I could decide on lenses for glasses and sunglasses. Plus, I got TONS of help picking out frames for both. I hate picking out frames and have a hard time deciding, but they were so helpful and patient. I never felt rushed.
