My family has been going to Long's for some time now. Over 3 years. They are always great with the kids and listen to all of us. They are always kind and respectful of our needs and go above and beyond. We have never had a poor experience with them. The entire staff there has always made us feel welcomed and has taken extra time with us whenever it was necessary.

It is always so wonderful to have the help of Dr. Melanie Carver. She is so knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and compassionate. She truly listens to her patients' needs. I was also very grateful for the person who helped us to pick eyeglass frames for my teenager; she was extremely caring and sensitive as well. The whole staff was wonderful. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Dr. Melanie Carver is kind, professional, and amazing at her job! She and her staff do a wonderful job of explaining the processes during an eye exam, and happily answered any questions me and my children had. Highly recommend!!
