I was a walk in customer needing to replace Oakley prescription sunglasses after mine were destroyed in an accident. The two ladies that helped me were fantastic. I was in an out in less than an hour with the order placed with Oakley. Highly recommend them!!!

The eye doctor Lauren Dobson was very professional, and in the opinion of my wife Ann, and me-the best, most professional, made us feel comfortable, and her honesty, straight-forwardness so impressed us. I don't know if my complaint is as much to do with the staff at Lounge Optical or whomever created the web page. It asked me to request a time for an eye exam. Back to back days I requested a time for the following day....as it only gives the option to choose one time. Also states that I would receive a call within an hour during normal business hours. Yesterday, nobody returned my request with a call. Today I received a follow up call about 3 hours after my request, which was after 9am business hours. I have always received fantastic service from Lounge Optical on North Anthony for years. This is my 1st attempt with the Pine Valley office. I may just go a different direction with my business. This is also my first time making a complaint about any business. I certainly hope others will be given the service I missed out on.
