I have been very disheartened with our experience. Not very personable, but that’s the least of my complaints. My daughter had some serious issues had to have an MRI and after repeated attempts to get our results after being scared to death and worried about what was going on in her brain, we had to finally get another doctor to request the results. We were told two or three times that he would contact us with the results and he never did never even texted never made any effort to try to alleviate our concerns. It’s the most disappointing experience that I’ve had in Medicine and I have been in Medicine myself as a medical professional for 32 years. I do not recommend Dr. Hart not unless you want to be put off and ignored. If you do, then, I would recommend longhorn ophthalmology. Don’t bother calling or texting their text Service because they won’t answer you and even if they do say they’re going to do something do not expect for them to keep their word.

I think this is my 4th year having to have a yearly check up and always love coming here. Sara is very thorough and Dr Hart addresses all my concerns. They have even updated some of their equipment and I asked to get a photo in it.

Really disappointing visit. The doctor walked in with the energy of someone who couldn’t care less. More like a tired retail worker than a medical professional. Every question I asked was met with a shrug, like he didn’t know or didn’t want to bother explaining. No advice, no insight, no effort. Where’s the experience? Where’s the care? It honestly felt like I was wasting his time just by being there. I left with more questions than answers and no intention of ever going back
