Staff member Patrick (office manager) was extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctor misdiagnosed me, they're out of network, and I'm currently a college student so I asked to pay 75% of the bill instead of the full amount, or at least get some discount. Received a "No". That's alright, I'm not entitled to a discount or anything, so I asked what their policy is for collections - he said he doesn't have it on him. He's also not willing to look it up. I asked if I'd be sent to collections if I paid in a couple months, he said "Pay when you can, we won't send you to collections". That was great, I asked if I can get that emailed just so I have it in writing - he doesn't want to do that. He said "verbally is enough". I asked if I can record the conversation so that in case I show up in collections I'll have some grounds to stand on - "I'm not gonna do that" and instant hang up. Most unprofessional person I've ever spoken with; unwillingness to compromise on the price completely aside.

Dr. Dziuba is very informative in her exams. She explains procedures so that I can understand them. She has a great selection of frames. Patrick the office manager helped me pick out the frames that best suited my face. It is a nice clean office and everyone is very friendly. I felt very comfortable in their care. I also felt like I had very personal service not like at those chain stores.

If I could give Dr Dziuba 0 stars I would. I went to her clinic with an eye infection. She looked at it and said it is just an allergy and didn.t prescribe any medicine. After 5 minutes of nonsense she charged me $129.00. I went to another doctor who prescribed me the right medicine and charged me only $50. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you don't like being mistreated and ripped off. She does not care she just want your money.
