Anytime I’ve ever brought my mother here for an appointment the wait is absolutely ridiculous. As I write this we’ve been waiting for an hour to just be taken back in for the appointment. I don’t appreciate doctors making appointments and wasting my time. Not sure what kind of eye emergencies come up that delay your schedule by an hour, but it’s clear to me that the office is run horribly.

a very well organized eye clinic. I saw Dr. Fracassa, he was great and made me feel very comfortable. everyone was very friendly. Although there can be a wait, they are always professional and polite and apologize for any delay. I got automatic text message reminders for my appointments which was very convenient.

A wonderful neighborhood location of ophthalmologists. Been going here for nearly a decade and love the caring experience. Drs Lopinto and Fracassa are well known for their experience in the field - I have been to several optical departments over Long Island where the names immediately ring a bell. They have been a part of the larger OCLI network for a few years now. Post covid they have onboard a touchless check-in and identity card upload process, bringing in convenience and technology. Their online portal access opens up access to detailed patient records for yourself. What I like most is the detailed examination by the doctors themselves, usually the last step in your visit. Be aware that a standard visit, with dialation, takes about 2 hours. If you need a quick assessment of your optical prescription, and do not want to spend the time, any optical department near you would be a quicker in and out. I also find the optometrist equipment at other places - such as Costco Optical - more modern, so leave the eye prescription to them. When at Lopinto Eye Associates, I look to get a complete ophthalmological assessment of my eyes, and so far have Ben nothing but pleased.
