Girl answered phone is rude. Hung up on me when asking about insurance.
Just quick to say they don't take
Medi-cal but they do take hmo / ppo Medi-cal so she just needs to slow down and know what she's talking about.

Had my procedure done 2 yrs ago and I still have a notch scar. Doctor had okay bedside manners but the male nurse with the glasses is rude af. He think he's being smart with it too which makes me laugh. But he's just hateful for no reason which shows how insecure he is.

Greetings,
I have been seeing Dr. Khwarg for many, many years, and after my long experience with him, trust him with my vision, completely!!
Around 15 years ago, I was told by my Optometrist, that he thought I might have a rare eye disease, and recommended that I see Dr. Khwarg, just to make sure, one way, or the other. Well, thank GOD, that I followed his advise, because, after a thorough examination, and much testing, Dr. Khwarg found out I had Histoplasmosis!! He asked me if I’d ever lived near the Mississippi River Valley, and I answered that I did, indeed. He guessed correctly, that I’d lived there in the early 1960’s!! He knew this, from the progression of the damage to my eyesight, Folks!! I’d seen countless other Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists before, including in the Military, and NONE of them picked up on these very important facts!!
I have now undergone several operations on both eyes, and most especially my left eye, and it all boils down to one simple fact, folks:
Dr. Khwarg saved my vision, which was rapidly failing!! Both eyes are now stronger, and my vision has improved markedly!! It doesn’t get any better than this, my friends!! I will never trust my eyesight to anyone else, BUT Dr. Steven Khwarg!!! He is the best of the best!!
His offices have recently moved to downtown LA, but there is ample parking in a contiguous structure, and Dr. Khwarg’s office validates your parking slip!! Yes, it can sometimes be a bit crowded, but that matters very little, to me. What matters is that my vision has returned, and that is worth any tiny inconvenience about which some folks might complain!! Again, IF you wish your eyes to be cared for by the best, make Dr. Khwarg your Ophthalmologist. If you’re worried about any little inconvenience, and don’t care about your eyesight, then that’s up to you!! Thanks for reading, and HUGE thanks to Dr. Khwarg, and his excellent Office Staff, for their friendly, professional, and wonderful service!! Take care, and God Bless!
Every Good Wish,
Mark R.
