The Optometrist was very thorough and explanative. She answered my questions and described ways that my symptoms may be interpreted. Primarily, she corrected my vision by 6 clicks on her exam device and showed me our much things have changed! I appreciate the personal attention and professionalism I experienced during my exam. My experience was awesome! Each person that assisted me was excellent. Best Customer Service I received in a long time. Dr. Lebreton was very thorough with the exam. Amber was very kind and professional and made sure I was updated periodically as to when my exam would start. Andrea greeted me, educated me on the different brands of eye glasses and throughout explained the different options that were available.

Excellent! The doctor did a very thorough exam and explained what she was doing and why. I learned alot in this visit and I've been wearing glasses for 40+ years.

Horrible experience! All the staff was huddled up talking amongst each other loudly. I was told one thing on the phone and when I got there I was told that the information given was inaccurate. They lady that helped me didn't give me the information I needed before I left. Never again! I wish I can give 0 stars because they don't deserve not 1 star!

My experience was amazing! I've never had an eye exam before, so I wasn't sure what to expect with the entire process. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful in helping me feel comfortable, letting me know all of my options, and helping me get exactly what I wanted. I am especially thankful to Bianca for sharing her expertise and having amazing hospitality. Definitely will be recommending others to go to this store!!

What a nightmare. Dr. Lebreton gave me the wrong prescription despite my insistence at the appointment I had a blind spot in my right eye. She spent so much time proving she was right with a lot of explanations that did not matter since I could not see well. She also got the script wrong in ordered monthly contacts instead of dailies as we discussed in the appointment. It took me several trips to get it right and get poor care. I will not be back.

I had an good experience! The doctor's assistant was prompt and kind. One point of feedback: the doctor kept interrupting me as I spoke about my experience with my vision. I didn't always feel heard, more so that she was making assumptions versus letting me speak for myself. 4/5

Dr. Diana Lebreton was incredibly knowledgeable and did a wonderful job on my exam. Everyone was very professional and nice.

Not a very kid friendly doctor, especially with kids on the spectrum. Even with neurotypical kids, I wouldn’t recommend this doctor at this location. Kept chastising my child and telling them it wasn’t a game when they were trying to describe what they saw. Did not have patience or great listening skills when it came to children (or really even adults). Supporting staff was amazing though. Went out of their way to accommodate me when I needed to nurse my newborn when my husband brought her to me after my appt. This is for the LensCrafters at Baton Rouge Mall

Dr. Diane did the most thorough eye examination I’ve ever had. I don’t think I’ll ever find someone better. She takes her time to get everything spot on and makes sure you truly feel everything is 100%. She does a great job explaining everything and I’m so glad someone recommended her to me because I won’t be seeing anyone else now!. 10/10!

Amber made me feel comfortable from my first phone call to them. I had sad family news earlier that week and had been crying for days. Amber made me laugh, empathized, was patient, then gave me the most thorough eye exam. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. But Amber set the tone of comfort!! Thank you Amber and the amazing Doctor I had. The video visit with Doctor was neat to witness and thorough. First time visit to this clinic and I see more clearly than I have in a decade!! I recently visited LensCrafters on Bluebonnet and had a fantastic experience. I was initially skeptical about having my eye exam via telehealth, but the entire process turned out to be smooth and convenient. Amber assisted me throughout the appointment and was extremely thorough and professional, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this location for anyone considering a telehealth eye exam.

Dr. Diane was thorough and made you feel at ease. They were busy, but not overbooked so no long wait times. Everyone greeted me and had a smile on their faces.

I am just floored at how helpful and kind everyone was at Louisana Eye Doctors. I got fitted for contacts for the very first time, and they spent a great deal of time getting my prescription right and helping me learn to insert and remove my contacts. I honestly cannot say enough positive about the whole experience!

Honestly, this was the most professional, insightful, and detailed eye exam I ever had in my entire life. Dr. Diana, who was the optometrist, and Ms. Alissa were amazing and I recommend coming to them for great care for your eye exams. 10/10 service.
