Terrible place if you’re like me, impatient. I don’t even know how it has good reviews. As always with all my reviews I try to be honest with you all. I am not going to review this based on being a patient, because I have not been, nor will I ever be. But recently I was with someone that had appointments at this place and both instances they did not call the person after more than an hour of the appointment time. Listen, there is a reason why you make an appointment at a certain time. Don’t take so many freaking patients,.

Top tier service. Seriously. Everyone who works there is SO nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor was kind and patient and answered all of my questions. She was incredible. Then the person who taught me how to use contacts and help me pick out my lenses was also patient and helpful. She gave me honest feedback on my lenses and helped me picked ones that look good on my face. Then once I was getting my lenses fitted they were helpful and patient and talked me through my options there. They even ran my insurance different ways to get me the most bang for my buck. It’s so hard to find this quality of service nowadays, I will definitely be continuing to do business here.

I have been seeing Dr. Amy Puerto for a few years now. She is so patient, kind, and thorough. I never feel like she is rushing me along to get to the next appointment, like in some offices. With that being said, I don't think I've ever been called back at my exact appointment time. Be prepared for a short wait in the lobby. I understand, as she is probably spending time with the patients before me, and also not rushing them through the appointment. I've recommended Dr. Puerto to anyone looking for an eye doctor and will continue to do so. Great doctor!
