The staff is very pleasant and professional to work with. While they are very efficient and have a routine they make time answering your questions and do not make you feel rushed.
Dr Dotson again, was very efficient but thorough. He took time going over the result of his examination, and testing and how they apply to my vision.
I was very pleased and plan to return next year.

The staff was so nice and very helpful. Service was amazing!! 10/10 definitely recommend Lovato Eye Care to anyone who needs an eye exam or new glasses. I was in and out within 30 minutes and got the prescription and glasses I needed.

The staff at Lovato Eyecare are great people who know what they are doing. The promptness is great! From the time I walked in for my appointment I had a full eye exam and I was out in less than an hour! Thank you for everyone who helped me out during my appointment! I want to thank Dr. D for your knowledge of your job. Dr. D thank you for listening to my medical issues and how I am now. Dr. D thank you also for taking the time to getting me a prescription for the prescription I currently have! Thank you to everyone at Lovato Eyecare for your help with me!
