I went in for a regular eye check to get a prescription for glasses and Dr. Shinners and the crew went above and beyond. They targeted my hidden eye issues even if it made the appointment go on for longer than scheduled. I ended up getting the whole package from them and I was a bit worried about the price. I apologize, I forgot her name, but the nice lady who was helping me pick out a frame and the billing info, pulled out a box from storage and I was able to find frames in a different shade on a way lower price point! I was ecstatic since it helped me out a lot (broke college student) and the color actually complimented me better. So, overall, a great experience. Thanks so much again :)

All employees were helpful and nice. Appt was scheduled @ 2:30, got there at 2:00 as requested, didn't see the doctor till 3:00!

10 out of 10! My appointment was at 2.30, I was seen at 2.30. No double bookings, all the staff were assigned to me during my appointment time. Not expensive, very friendly and personable staff. Very good optician.
