I can’t say enough great things about Lowcountry Eye Care and the lengths that they took to make sure my little had her glasses for the first day of school. Our appointment was quick and easy and the selection of children’s glasses was great. With school quickly approaching and a tiny delay, the staff, and Dr. Joe specifically, truly went above and beyond by hand delivering her glasses to our home the night before school started. We greatly appreciated the amazing customer service, and had a very happy girl on her first day of school!

What a great experience from start to finish! Easy booking online with a reminder text the week of my appointment and when my glasses were ready. The staff is friendly and welcoming and when I couldn’t decide on frames everyone in the office helped me make the perfect selection. It didn’t take long to receive my glasses and I’m so happy with the look and feel, but most importantly how well I can see!
