dismissive and rude. wasn’t interested in taking the time to answer any questions I had. and every time I brought up something one of the test administrators had told me (I was literally bounced around between at least five different people before I even saw her!) she would say, and I’m quoting verbatim: ‘I have no idea what they’re talking about’ …this was her canned response THREE times. unhelpful to me and disparaging to her peers.
