My daughter found her dream pair of frames at lund optical. The owner is friendly and kind. Unfortunately, he does not answer his phone. And today the office was closed during work hours. We purchased our frames/lenses knowing we could turn in the paperwork to our insurance to cover their portion. Over two months later, we are still trying to get the paper work to submit it to our insurance. Very frustrated.

Nice guy. My sunglasses had a lens pop out and he was able to fix them up real quick. Even gave me a cleaning cloth :D

Bill was so nice! He adjusted and cleaned my glasses very well, and he said, "That $5 is forever!" So if I ever need them adjusted again, I know where to come! Great service.
