Friendly, informative staff. Very fast for a Dr office but we didn't feel rushed. There for an 8yr olds first visit. They put her at ease right away. Great selection of frames, too!

Last week was my first time at Lux. Contacts with simple prescriptions are $800/year with a rebate that was supposed to be $300. When I get called back, I was told I used the wrong rebate code. I had to clarify with whomever that I spoke with, that was the rebate code that Marlo had on my order. Then she admitted Marlo had the wrong code...jumped through hoops. And please know that a basic prescription shouldn't cost over $350 a year on the high side for disposables. Now, let me start on the glasses that have never arrived and no one knows why it's taking weeks. So, long story long, unless you have extra money to pay for contact lenses and glasses and don't mind waiting until you're deceased to receive them, then this is the place to go! Plus, you get run through like cattle. I don't feel like she was thorough and no one took any time to explain contact or glass care for a first time user.

I had a great experience at LUX today. After my exam, I shopped for a long time for frames and when I left and got in my car, I realized that the staff started coming out and going to their cars. I checked their website for hours of operation, and I realized I had walked out a few minutes after they were closed, unbeknownst to me. No one there rushed me tor told me they were closing. They were very gracious with me. Thank you LUX ladies!
