I called on the dot when they where suppose to open and was told my wait time is 30 seconds.... I waited for more than 30 minutes before the call disconnected. And this is not the first time, One time I called and was on hold for awhile to the point I decided to go down to their office. Luckily I live close by at the time. A Got in my car drove to the clinic had time to park the car and walked in the office while still on hold I waited in line and notice the phones were not ringing and no one was on the phone with anyone else. When I was next in line I told the lady to look at my phone, look at the phone number and look at the time I have been on the phone. She didnt understand because none of the phone where ringing at all for the the amount of time I was on hold. She later told me that the fault is the operators which is in another building in the city and that they dont forward the calls for that they dont do a good job of it. The problem still persists till this day.

This my 3th time trying to make an appointment by phone. They put me on hold for more than 30 minutes. My next plan is to take a 1 day off just to make an appointment by phone. Thank you LCEC

to reschedule an appointment i was on the phone for over 58 minutes and prior to this my brother was another 35 minutes. Their office system is no good. unbelievable. Don't understand what kind of customer service this is.
