My children and I were patients at this office for 16 years. Although the two ophthalmologists we saw over the years were good, some office and front desk employees are a disaster - No flexibility, very unhelpful to reschedule an appointment when a child is sick. We were not informed of the departure of our doctor until after she left, and were not provided with any assistance rescheduling our upcoming appointments with a new practitioner. To retrieve our medical records, we will need to go by in person. One of the call center employee is beyond rude and patronizing. Would not recommend.
